Providing Innovative Solutions to Training and Implementation Challenges
Sustainment
TIA recognizes the scientific evidence that indicates that even after organizations dedicate resources to new EBPs, they are not always well sustained after initial implementation. Therefore, we work to ensure that the investment in training translates into organizational capacity to maintain the high quality of services.
TIA addresses this issue through four major strategies: Peer learning networks, providing tools for maintaining fidelity, fiscal considerations, and addressing staff turnover. The aim is to effectively and efficiently support providers post training and consultation, a critical element of sustaining effective practices.
