Organizational Readiness

The successful adoption, implementation, and sustainment of new evidence-based treatments and programs require a great deal of organizational planning, effort, and efficient use of resources.  TIA’s implementation consultation includes a number of strategies designed to assess organizational readiness and identify and engage the organization’s “champions” that are going to promote the project with their staff and maintain the needed level of commitment throughout the training and coaching phases.

TIA’s agency readiness work takes place through our online platform and includes:

  • Assessment of agency readiness.
  • Meetings with leaders and clinical supervisors to process the results of the readiness assessment and discuss strategies that can facilitate successful implementation.
  • A forum where agency and implementation team members can interact, discuss issues or concerns, and seek guidance and support from TIA’s implementation experts.
