TIA’s mission is to provide innovative solutions to training and implementation challenges. Our online platform is a key component of our programmatic strategy, as it incorporates the most recent advances in adaptive training methods and implementation science. TIA’s training and implementation strategies are culturally informed and address the diversity of our trainees and the agencies we serve.

TIA addresses training and implementation challenges from two perspectives:

► The training challenges pertaining to the evidence-based practice (EBP) being implemented.

► Those challenges pertaining to the implementation process: Organizational readiness, sustainment.
